apply our study of client’s requirements to the
skill set and needs of each individual candidate.
During interviews, all candidates are tested for
proficiency using the latest computer testing
software. The most competent candidates are
then screened with exhaustive past employment
reference checks. After each successful interview,
Rock Coast Personnel then presents our clients
with the candidate’s resumes and arranges interviews
with them as needed. This process gives
our clients the security of knowing that, by
using our services, they are going to have the
opportunity to meet with and choose from the
best two to four qualified candidates from the
dozens of applicants.
To make certain that our clients are able to
